Caroline Halls soprano
Caroline started singing in Salisbury Cathedral Choir where she held the position of Deputy Head Chorister in her last year. She then attended South Wilts Grammar School for Girls and became immediately involved in many aspects of the musical life there. As well as singing she regularly plays the French horn and piano, and in the summer of 2010 passed her piano Performance Diploma (ABRSM). Recent solo singing performances include Rejoice Greatly from Handel’s Messiah, Bach’s Christmas Oratorio, Duruflé’s Requiem and a recital of English Song in the 2012 Southern Cathedrals Festival. As well as Mousai, Caroline sings with other chamber choirs such as Sarum Voices and the Exon Singers. She is now studying for a Music degree at Oxford University, where she is a choral scholar at The Queen’s College and Musical Director of The Oxford Gargoyles.
